Taffy - Maple Syrup makes just the best taffy! This is a tradition where I come from. Every Spring, we go to the "Cabane a sucre", collect the sap and boil it. There are hundreds of small "Cabane" privately owned. This is an area where commercialization dilutes the experience. Cheers - JY
